Nicki Minaj and Megan Thee Stallion‘s feud has now gone to the extreme, as threats have been made to the Houston rapper’s mother’s gravesite. Fortunately, TMZ has confirmed from the Texas cemetery where Holly Thomas is buried that the site has been unharmed.
However, security is on high alert.
The threats followed Nicki Minaj’s response to Meg’s song “Hiss,” where she referenced Megan’s Law aimed at Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty. In response, Minaj dropped “Big Foot” where she mentioned Thee Stallion’s late mother constantly and even alleged that Meg slept with her mother’s man.
She raps, “How you f**k your mother man when she die?/ How you go on Gayle King and can’t cry?/ Chile, bye/ Big Foot, but you still a small fry/ Swearin’ on your dead mother when you lie.”
Additionally, Minaj also told Megan to “conjure up her momma and apologize” during an Instagram Live while adding, “You don’t lie on your dead mom, you don’t do that. All of your lies are being exposed.”
Per the outlet, Minaj fanatics (a.k.a. The Barbz) are being accused of leaking the location of Thomas’ gravesite and urging people to vandalize it. However, there hasn’t been any information confirming the allegation as of publication.
Back in December 2019, the GRAMMY-winner opened up about losing her mother and grandmother in the same month.
“This year I lost my mom and my grandmother in the same month,” she explained. “Although all these positive things have been happening to me, and I’ve been trying to do good, been trying to keep a smile on my face, stay strong, to stay happy for me and my other grandmother and the rest of my family, it’s pretty hard. This is the first Christmas that I’m [spending] without them, and I just wanted to give some hope to my hotties that might be going through something too.
“I just wanted to spread some positivity and tell ya’ll to stay positive, stay kind through your hard times because the pain doesn’t last forever,” she continued. “Try not to get in a dark place. Always try to be kind to others because you never know what they’e going through.”
Meg’s mother and manager, Holly “Holly-Wood” Thomas, died from a brain tumor in March 2019. Her grandmother died two weeks later.
